This series of paintings express a very special feeling of sensuality and physicality in the viewer. I deliberately do not want to depict my own feelings as a painter, but rather use my art to invite the viewer to open up and enter into a relationship with the painting. The drops of water certainly represent a very tangible form of reflection points, in which individual thoughts and objectivity are mirrored in space, in his or her individual existence.
